How to Play

Grab two gems and then place them back on the game board. Match three or more gems to increase the power of your teams’ attacks and successfully defeat all the members of the opposing team of monsters.

How do I gain Mana Monsters?

Additional monsters can be obtained as rewards from battles or purchased by playing the Monster Hatch.

How do I make my monster attack?

Simply grab and place any two gems on the game board, they do not have to form a match.

Can I reorder the gems I have grabbed before I place them?

Yes, simply tap the collected gems at the base of the screen to flip their order.

How do I gain or lose medals?

- You can gain a maximum of three medal from each battle.
- If you successfully win a battle without losing any of you monsters you will gain three medals at the end of that battle.

In-App Purchases

- Whilst Mana Monsters is free to download and play, you do have the option to purchase virtual items in-game using the app stores e.g. iTunes App Store or Google Play.
- It is essential that you protect your device to prevent unauthorized charges on your account, especially if young children have access to your device. If you are concerned about Mobile In-App Purchases, a password can be used to prevent unauthorized charges.

How do I restrict in-app purchase on my iOS device?


- Tap the 'Settings' icon.
- Tap 'General'.
- Tap 'Restrictions' and then select 'Enable Restrictions'.
- You will then be prompted to enter a passcode.
- Re-enter the passcode to confirm.
- Then scroll down to 'In-App Purchases' and turn this off by tapping the switch left.

Automatic In-App Purchases are now disabled, and a pin will be required to enable purchases on your device.

I purchased an item on my iOS device but have not received it. What can I do?

If you purchased an item but did not receive it, please contact us using this email address (mm@outerdawn.com). If you would like a full refund, please contact Apple directly (http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/).

In-app purchases on Android

How do I restrict in-app purchase on my Android device?


- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap the 'Menu' button.
- Then select 'Settings'.
- Scroll down to the 'User Controls' section and select 'Require password for purchases'.
- Then select the first option 'For all purchases through Google Play on this device'.
- Your Google Play password will now be required for all purchases

I purchased an item on my Android device but have not received it. What can I do?

For Android purchases, please contact us using this email address (mm@outerdawn.com) and please include your purchase receipt and order number. The order number can be found on your purchase receipt.

If you are unable to find your purchase receipt, you can sign into Google Wallet here, https://www.google.com/wallet/ to retrieve it.

How do I take a screenshot?

To better understand the problems you are experiencing, we may require a screenshot. It is also good to do this whenever you encounter a problem.

For iOS

- Press and hold the ‘Sleep/Wake’ button with the ‘Home’ button for 1-2 seconds until the screen flashes.
- The screenshot will be automatically saved to Photos.

For Android

- Depending on the device you are using, there may be several ways to capture a screenshot on Android.
- Press and hold the ‘Volume Down’ button with the ‘Power’ button for 1-2 seconds until the screen flashes.
- Or, press and Hold ‘Home’ and ‘Power’ to capture the screenshot.
- Images will be automatically saved to your Gallery in the ‘Screenshots’ folder.

What device information do you require?

To help us deal with your issue, it would be helpful if you could provide as much detail as possible about your device, including:

- Model number.
- Operating system.
- Version of game installed (found by accessing the Help & Support Button in the Settings Menu, shown as V: X.X.X)
- Your User ID (found by accessing the Help & Support Button in the Settings Menu, shown as U: XXXXXXXXXXXX).
